$200 to $220 nightly - Like a hidden treasure, this picturesque upstairs guest room with queen-sized bed is worthy of visiting. A large window boasts magnificent views of the mountains and neighboring Victorian homes. Soothing earth tones and high ceilings add to the tranquility. Two antique cupboards, reminiscent of the Victorian era, grace the south wall. The large private bath is also perfect for relaxing, with whirlpool tub, hand shower, pedestal sink, antique fixtures, stone finished tile, and several windows for you to take in the view.

$190 to $210 nightly - You can experience the fragrance of flowers year round through French doors or from the romantic flower loft in this beautiful downstairs guest room. A combination of soft yellow walls, vaulted wood ceiling, antique furnishings and charming queen sized bed create the intimate feel of this special room. A luxurious private bath awaits your relaxing moments with stone-finished tile, whirlpool tub, hand shower and antique fixtures.

   Policies for the James House Santa Barbara Bed & Breakfast Inn:

• A deposit of one night or 50% of the total stay, whichever is greater, is required to secure a reservation.  The balance of the reservation amount is due upon check-in.

• Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us greatly!  Reservations are non-refundable; rescheduling must be done 10 days prior to arrival date in order to reschedule new stay date(s).  If you must cancel with less than 10 days notice you are financially responsible for any nights not rebooked.

• Please RSVP with us if you don’t plan to attend the complimentary breakfast, our gourmet breakfasts are specially prepared, confirm your non-attendance with us prior to arrival.

• Adults over 18 years of age are welcome.  Unfortunately, our Bed and Breakfast is not appropriate for children.

• For your comfort, smoking is permitted on the outdoor deck only.

• No pets please.

• Check-in time is between 3 & 5pm. If you anticipate arriving later than 5pm please call the inn directly at 805.569.5853 so that arrangements can be made.

• Check-out time is between 10am & 11am.  There are no refunds for late check-in or early check-out.

• There is a two night minimum for all weekends throughout the year, with a three night minimum for holiday and special event weekends.

• Each room has a two person maximum occupancy and is subject to 12% city tax.
